My Take

This one’s not for beginners, but the potential payoff is massive. You can earn 200,000 miles after spending $30,000 in the first 3 months. This is an incredible return if your business has big expenses like taxes, inventory, or vendor payments.

If you can hit that spend, here’s why I like this card: premium lounge access (Capital One, Priority Pass, and Plaza Premium), a 10,000-mile anniversary bonus, and a simple earn rate of 2 miles per dollar on everything. The $395 annual fee sounds steep, but it’s easy to offset if you use the perks regularly.

A Few Things to Know

  • It’s a pay-in-full card, so no carrying a balance month to month.
  • This card does not count toward 5/24.
  • You can hold both this card and the personal Venture X.

Who It’s For

If your business spends big, you want straightforward earning, and you appreciate premium travel perks, this card is one of the best options out there. If the $30k minimum spend makes your eyes bug out, there are other great Capital One business cards with smaller thresholds.

Tip: If you also hold a miles-earning card like this one or this one, you can combine business spending power with flexible travel redemptions for family trips. And if you’re wondering about some of my favorite ways to use Capital One points, you’ll love this article .
